Privacy policy
Short version: we ask for an email address and use it to send you the thing you asked for. There is no tracking, no advertising and nothing is sold to anyone.
Who is responsible
Vixere, a sole trader business in the Netherlands run by Christopher Cana, trading as Vixerius. Contact details are on the contact page. Under the GDPR we are the data controller.
What we collect, and why
Your email address, when you ask for a free pack or buy something. We use it to send you the download, and to tell you when a new pack lands. The legal basis is your consent for the newsletter, and performing the contract for the download itself.
Payment details, when you buy. These go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us. We see the order and the amount, not your card.
Server logs, kept automatically by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. These include IP addresses and are deleted on the provider's own schedule.
What we do not do
No advertising cookies. No analytics that follow you around. No profiling, no automated decisions, no selling or renting your address to anyone. If that changes, this page changes first and you get told.
Who else sees your data
Only the services needed to run this: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storing files and the mailing list, Google for sending email and Stripe for payments. Each of them acts on our instructions. Where data leaves the EU, those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe, and it goes when you do. Order records are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to us using it. Email us and it is done, usually the same week and always within a month. No forms.
If you think we are handling your data badly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
